Delivery, pickup and ordering

Choose a fabric and colourway, pick how many, and add it to your bag. You can check out as a guest or with an account (an account keeps your orders and details in one place).

How each fabric is sold:

• Ankara: in whole 6-yard pieces.
• Men's fabric: by trouser lengths (the yards are shown on each fabric) or by the yard.
• Adire: in whole 5-yard pieces.
• Kampala: in whole 5-yard pieces.

Stock on the website is live. When only a little is left, the page tells you, and sold-out colourways can't be added to your bag.

You pay on our website through Paystack, by card, bank transfer or USSD. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in naira (₦), and your total, including delivery, is shown before you pay.

We hold your fabric for 30 minutes while you pay. Your order is confirmed the moment Paystack tells us the payment went through, and we email you a receipt.

We deliver across Nigeria. Choose your area at checkout and the fee is added to your total. Times are working days (Monday to Friday) after your order is confirmed.

Please give a full address and a phone number the rider can reach. We'll tell you when your order is on its way.

Prefer to collect? Choose pickup at checkout and pick a time that suits you. Pickup is free.

The exact address and directions are in your order confirmation. We'll contact you by call, WhatsApp or email when your order is ready; bring your order number (it starts with BF-).

We email you a receipt when your order is confirmed, and we'll contact you (call, WhatsApp or email) when it's ready for pickup or on its way, or if anything changes. With an account, you can see every order in My orders. Ordered as a guest? Create an account with the same email and your orders appear there.

If something is wrong with your fabric, tell us within 48 hours of receiving it and we'll put it right. The details are in our returns and refunds policy.

Will the colour look exactly like the photo? We photograph every fabric in natural light so it looks as true as possible, but screens differ a little. Want to be sure? Ask us for a video on WhatsApp.

How much fabric do I need? It depends on the style and size. Send us the style on WhatsApp and we'll help you work it out.
