Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from BeauveeFabrics, a fabric business in Abuja, Nigeria, through this website. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our returns and refunds policy and privacy policy.

• Prices are in naira (₦) and include everything except delivery, which is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Each fabric shows how it's sold: by the piece (with its length in yards), by the length or by the yard.
• We photograph fabric as truly as we can, but colours can look slightly different on different screens.
• Stock is shown live, but popular fabric can sell out. If we can't supply something you've paid for, we'll tell you quickly and refund you in full.
• If a price on the website is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before sending anything, and you can cancel for a full refund.

• You pay on our website through Paystack, by card, bank transfer or USSD.
• We hold your fabric for 30 minutes while you pay. Unpaid orders cancel automatically.
• Your order is confirmed when Paystack confirms your payment, and we email you a receipt.
• Sales made outside the website (for example on WhatsApp) follow these terms too, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

• Delivery times are estimates in working days from when your order is confirmed. Fees and times are on our help page.
• Please give a complete address and a phone number that's switched on. If a delivery fails because the details were wrong, we may need to charge for sending it again.
• For pickup, the address is in your confirmation. Please collect at the time you chose, or message us to arrange another time.

Something wrong with your fabric? Tell us within 48 hours. The full details are in our returns and refunds policy.

You don't need an account to order. If you create one, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used it. We may close accounts that are used for fraud or abuse.

We take care to describe and deliver your fabric correctly. If we get something wrong, we'll replace the fabric or refund what you paid for it. We aren't responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably expect, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Nigerian law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. If we can't settle a disagreement by talking it through, the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, will decide it.
