Returns and refunds

We check every piece before it leaves us. If something still isn't right, we'll make it right.

Last updated 17 October 2026

If something is wrong with your order

Please tell us within 48 hours of receiving or collecting your order if:

  • you received the wrong fabric, colourway or quantity;
  • the fabric is damaged or faulty (for example holes, stains or printing faults); or
  • part of your order is missing.

Send your order number (it starts with BF-) and clear photos on WhatsApp or by email to hello@beauveefabrics.com. We'll reply with the next step: a replacement, an exchange or a refund, whichever you prefer when it's available.

When the mistake is ours, we cover the cost of sending the fabric back and of the replacement delivery.

Conditions

  • Fabric must be returned uncut, unwashed and unsewn, in the condition you received it.
  • Small differences in colour between your screen and the fabric aren't a fault: every screen shows colour a little differently. If colour matters, ask us for a video before you order.
  • Natural variations in hand-dyed fabric such as adire are part of its beauty, not a fault.

Change of mind

We can't take fabric back because you've changed your mind once it has been delivered or collected. If you're unsure, message us before you order and we'll gladly send more photos or a video.

Cancelling an order

Orders that aren't paid within 30 minutes cancel themselves, and nothing is charged.

Paid, but need to cancel? Message us straight away. If your order hasn't been packed or sent yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

How refunds work

  • Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Paystack. We never ask for your card details.
  • Once we send a refund, it usually reaches you within 10 working days, depending on your bank.
  • We'll let you know when your refund has been sent.
  • Delivery fees are refunded when the mistake was ours or when we cancel an order.

This policy doesn't affect your rights under Nigerian consumer law. See also our terms.
